Terms of Service for Epic Dough

1. Introduction

Welcome to Epic Dough ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida cottage food business. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at epic-dough.com (the "Site"), including all content, features, and services, such as online cookie orders. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By placing orders, you confirm you meet this requirement and can agree to these Terms.

3. Cottage Food Operation

We operate under Florida’s cottage food laws, selling directly to consumers for personal consumption. Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the state. Sales are limited to $250,000 annually, and we comply with all labeling and safety requirements.

4. Checkout Contact Information

Customer accounts and newsletter signup are not offered on this storefront. Your checkout contact details are used for your order and do not enroll you in marketing. You agree to provide accurate, current contact and delivery information.

5. Use of the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include:

• Uploading harmful content (e.g., malware).

• Harassing or defaming others.

• Attempting unauthorized access. We may monitor usage to ensure compliance.

6. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through Square. Sales are final unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel orders. Prices are in USD. Your checkout shows the order total and any delivery fee before payment. Orders are available for local delivery within our eligible area or scheduled pickup. Nationwide shipping is not offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. Your right to use the Site ends upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in Manatee County, Florida courts.
